Went to haldon this week, Its a fun spot on a hardtail but it rides shit on a fully, Loads of Uni guys with lots of padding and trying to look glamour in troy lids and tinted lens goggles giving it the Hollywood b.s..lol.
Me i was wearing a flannel, jeans and vans, no pads, no lid on my hardtail and riding that top section like a pump track..(dont pedal, you dont need to pedal) wheres the danger and gnarly lines? Even the bank wall at the bottom has been dug in to a lame roller.. the new big road gap at the bottom has been removed and it turns out the talk was just that, no riders have jumped it.. plus even the top jump has had its landing moved in to make it smaller.., lets push it out and move forward! Has haldon sold out! this spot was badass back in the day.. So if your going to Haldon bring your spade and a hardtail..
