HALDON 55

The Haldon 55's an underground ride, a mix of freeriders,dh and trials riders are heading to Haldon forest to do 10 xc laps of the ridge line loop, This 55 mile 100% off road ride should be a good test for a range of riders as the head in to summer 2010, For me it will be my first outing on my Mountain cycle rumble.

Wade on 29's..could this be the future...(no)

Mtn cycle rumble 29?, intense dh 29"?

Wade Simmons has been putting in time on a 29 wheeled bike of late, click the pic to see his thoughts, also if you have a look on google you will see his first thoughts on a small edit.. That 29's dont really give and real plus to riding off road. I think its safe to say that 29's might not be the best wheels for freeride, but they are no longer a big disadvantage in the all mtn style of riding thanks to the latest frames/wheels and parts that no longer hold you back and could be a plus for some riders. options are always nice to have, but i will stay with 26's.

One off Fox

For the last SX of the year most riders have some trick decals or helmets, Fox Racing this year came up with a range of one off colourways like this blue for Hill to run.

Sandland returns bike sponsorship..but for who..

I said i would not have a bike sponsor unless i felt it was the right brand that had both the right products and the right support and company ethics.. Well i hope to sort my deal this week with a brand on a 2 year deal. keep you guys posted here first once its all sorted..
