HUCK FEST shoot

CLICK THE PHOTOS TO SEE THEM COMPLETE.
hucks with style and flow..

hip sender..

above: 27+ foot huck.. Bellow: the most tech huck i have ever done, hip and the runways a turn with a tree to pass at the top, you can see why no other rider has sacked up.

sending 27 + foot..
this week we headed to a spot known as rotor, its one of the sickest huck spots in the UK and a area i have not been riding in about 18 months so i was pumped to head over with JW to shoot some shots, With the temp at -7 the landings were solid with ice and no riders other than myself have ever hucked the two main senders we did, JW rocks some sweet shots and it looks like Toby from THE will be rocking them on the 2009 THE website later this year, Till then click the photos above and check out the action as i show you can have fluid flowing style on the big acid drops.

Now go ride your bike @ what ever level you ride and have some fun, this blog sites just for fun and entertainment, Dont take life serious your only here once. Happy vibes

redemption

South West Extreme's a new play area for mtn bikers, Based in Bideford in north devon the former mtn board spot has turned in to a 4x track, The track feels like a snowboarders boarderx track, with a range of jumps and a lot more flow than any other 4x track i have hit up, This tracks pure fun to ride even if you hate racing, The guys at TTFREERIDERS that help run the site have also started to add some shore along with a jump area, Last weekend i headed down and was out to show i can ride a dirt bike and it went well, the spot was covered with ice when we turned up and hit up the 4x track before joining Loz from the TT to session the jumps, It was cool to hit a range of lips and get my timing on game and i can not wait to head back, after that we headed to the shore, Now i do feel that shore makes you feel like a failed trials rider and while i have shown im one of the top dogs in the UK at it, I dont go out of my way to ride or build the stuff. Still hitting the drops in the ice added a little of fun to the section and we stomped it all first roll. After that we headed back to the 4x track and put in some sweet runs on the new Foes, The feeling a railing a turn at speed rules, No foam pit will ever teach a rider how to get real dirt bike skills, Great day and if your in devon make the trip even if your not in to 4x because the track feels like a mni A line and its well worth a road trip.

trail day gone bad..

went to ride some trails today.. not done any in years and i want to get back in to flowing jumps again in the summer but today was shit, i hit stoke woods on the way to exeter but they were still under water... next up the trails in exeter, they were ok to start with till the ice melted and it got super muddy, i was then joined by JW and we headed to woodbury trails, they looked mint, but i had a mental block and could not get my groove on and i was gutted.. i will return.. still it was the first day on te new bike and it felt rad, i just need some more time on it.
